Jeokto Fermented Grill

Jeokto Balhyo Gui is a fermented and aged meat restaurant a five- to seven-minute walk from Yongsan Station and Sinyongsan Station. It par-cooks jeot-samgyeop and fermented samgyeopsal that have been fermented in jeokto onggi, and the jeot-samgyeop is finished with a special sauce for a sweet and salty flavor. The first floor has bar seating, while the basement and second floor have table seating, and staff grill the meat to completion on an onggi grill. Two servings are grilled at once, so the meat should be eaten quickly before it cools.
