IINE

Iine is a Japanese-style ramen shop in Seoul. It serves black garlic bone broth ramen and a spicy ramen, both with bean sprouts and garlic. Meat, scallions, and egg are torched on top of the ramen to add char. At lunchtime a line forms and food comes out slowly after ordering.
