Ichon-dong Chamsut Gui is a meat restaurant in a market near the National Museum of Korea in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, where beef and pork are grilled over charcoal. Diners choose from five or six meats, including fresh samgyeopsal, beef galbi-sal, and marinated pork galbi, with beef galbi-sal and samgyeopsal selling most. The meat has little odor and is tender, and the meal comes with doenjang jjigae, naengmyeon, and sauce. The gyeranjjim has a cheese flavor and a soft texture.
