Hyoja Makchang

Hyojamakchang is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves makchang and mixed hanwoo gopchang. When you order the mixed hanwoo gopchang, staff grill each piece at the table, and the basic side dishes include hoe and a spicy broth with gopchang. Many of the seats are set aside for reservations, so booking is possible, and the windows are kept open. Prices run high for the amount of food.
