Hwayangyeonhwa

Hwayangyeonhwa is a charcoal grill restaurant in Yongsan that serves beef, pork, and lamb. Staff grill the meat, including aibon rib and French rack, over a table brazier and serve it with truffle oil and Maldon salt. The space is a converted hanok with a high ceiling, dim lighting, and bar seating, and cheongeor albap and yukhoe are also available to order. Satisfaction relative to price is low compared with the meat and the space.
