Huamdong Kalguksu

Huamdong Kalguksu in Huam-dong, Seoul serves sagol kalguksu and jang kalguksu. The noodles come in a rich broth made from bones boiled in-house, and bossam and suyuk are served as well. Bowls of rice are not on the menu but are given free on request, and the Hanwoo bone broth is available for takeout. The seasoning is on the mild side.
