Huam Rice Noodles

Huam Ssalguksu is a small pho shop in the alleys of Huam-dong, Seoul, selling pho and fried spring rolls. It offers spicy pho and handmade fried spring rolls, and cilantro is served only on request. One owner runs the shop alone, side dishes are self-service, and about 12 people can sit at once. The space is small, so there can be a line during lunch hours.
