Honggo

Haebangchon Hongo is a Korean meat grill restaurant in the narrow alleys of Haebangchon and Huam-dong where one or two people grill their own meat. It serves flank steak and mung bean sprout ramyeon, with ginkgo nuts, garlic, and lamb skewers on the side, and each diner cooks meat on a dedicated brazier. Salt is self-served, two soy sauce meat sauces are used, and wasabi is ordered separately. Drinks include wine, soju, beer, and traditional liquor.
