Hongdon

Hongdon is a grilled-meat restaurant in a back alley of the Yongsan Electronics Market in Wonhyo-ro, Seoul, serving smoked pork. Pork collar, samgyeopsal, and pork jowl are pre-smoked over oak charcoal, then grilled once more on the table grill. The meat arrives pre-smoked, so it does not need long cooking, and it comes with kimchi-mari noodles and soybean powder, chojang, and soy-onion sauce. Stews cannot be ordered.
