Hongkong Chinese Restaurant is an old neighborhood Chinese eatery in Dongja-dong, a five-minute walk from Seoul Station. It serves jjajangmyeon and jjamppong, with the jjajang and jjamppong staying close to the basic flavors and the bokkeumbap made in an old-fashioned style. On weekday lunchtimes it fills with office workers from nearby, and the jjamppong is known for its clean, light broth. The tangsuyuk uses a starch batter and comes out on the firm side.
