Hoho Donkatsu

Hohodonkatsu is a donkatsu restaurant in Huam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, that also serves sets with jjamppong, momil guksu, or jjol sundubu jjigae. The donkatsu is fried so the outside is crisp while the inside stays soft, and the jjamppong broth is rich like gomtang and contains mung bean sprouts. Sets pair momil guksu with donkatsu, and donkatsu can also be ordered with jjol sundubu jjigae. The jjamppong is mild rather than sharply spicy, so it may not suit anyone expecting an intense broth.
