Haebang Sikdang is a restaurant in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, across from Sinheung Market at Haebangchon Ogeori. It serves fusion dishes that mix Korean and Western cooking, including gamtae salmon rolls, basil pesto pasta, hairtail salted fish innards pasta, and dolsotbap. During meal times a waitlist forms, and food comes out slowly after ordering. Prices are on the high side.
