Hanwoo Saenggak

Hanwoo Saenggak is a Seoul restaurant where hanwoo mixed cuts and flower sirloin are grilled over charcoal and served with alcohol. The mixed cuts are dipped in mustard sauce and eaten with kimchi and gejang, and gukbap is served separately at lunch. Side dishes are refilled on request, and the shop sits deep in an alley where it is hard to spot. The menu does not offer a wide range of choices.
