Handam Gopchang

Handam Gopchang in Seoul is a gopchang restaurant that centers on modum gopchang. The modum gopchang arrives partly grilled, and the basic spread includes spicy sundubu and hoe, with kimchi-mari noodles also a common order. At quitting time a wait forms, sometimes lasting 20 to 40 minutes. The shop is small and many tables are loud, which makes conversation difficult.
