Hanbang Jokbal Sundae Guk

Hanbang Jokbal Sundae Guk is an old restaurant near Seoul Station that serves both jokbal and sundae guk. Sundae guk is served at lunch and jokbal in the evening, and ordering jokbal brings sundae and sundubu guk as well. Sliced perilla leaf goes into the sundae guk, giving the broth a cool, sharp fragrance, and each order comes with a tasting portion of sundae and liver. The dining room is not large, so seats are tight at lunch.
