Guwi Brunch Bar

Guwi Brunch Bar is a brunch restaurant in Hyochang-dong, Seoul, near Lotte Castle and Hyochang Park, serving wood-fired pizza and sandwiches. The pizza dough is baked in the wood-fired oven and used as the bread for the sandwiches. A single owner-chef runs the place, and orders and payment are handled through a tablet at each table. Ventilation is poor, so food smells linger in the store.
