GuksuJib

Guksujip (Somnunan Janchi Guksu) is a noodle shop in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, on Baekbeom-ro, about 80 m up from Exit 1 of Hyochang Park Station on Line 6 toward Yongsan KCC Switzen. It serves janchi guksu and bibim guksu, and its janchi guksu is made by boiling the noodles to order and serving them with a clear anchovy broth and garnishes. A janchi guksu ordered at 4:30 p.m. came out in five minutes, and the shop continues from an earlier container and temporary building. The basic portion is large, so a double portion can be left unfinished.
