Guksu Pocha

Guksu Pocha is a Korean indoor pocha near Yongmun Market in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, serving noodles, jeongol, and anju such as jeon and suyuk. A common order adds sujebi to spicy shrimp soup and pairs it with cheese potato jeon or ganjang suyuk. The kitchen brings seasonal ingredients from the market next door to make anju and makes its kalguksu noodles by hand. The space is small, so it can get crowded when customers gather.
