Guksu House on the Hill

UnDeok Wiui Guksu Gage is a noodle shop on Usadan-gil in Itaewon, Seoul, serving janchi-guksu, kong-guksu, and bibim-guksu. The eomuk-guksu comes with a fish cake skewer, and gogi-guksu and memil-makguksu are also on the menu. The kong-guksu broth is made by grinding beans prepared by hand, and rice is served without limit. The small restaurant is run by two people and also takes orders through delivery apps.
