Gubok Mandu is a dumpling restaurant in Seoul that serves four kinds: traditional, shrimp, kimchi, and xiaolongbao. The shrimp dumplings carry a strong mushroom and pumpkin aroma, and the xiaolongbao are warm and moist. It has been listed in the Michelin Bib Gourmand for eight consecutive years, and after ordering there is a wait before the dumplings arrive. The dumplings sometimes come out lukewarm rather than hot.
