Geumnak Hoejip is a neighborhood raw fish restaurant in Seoul that serves hoe and maeuntang. The VIP course includes thick cuts of yellowtail belly along with domi, nongeo, and sumeo, plus jiri. The hoe set and course dishes are plated with the raw fish and come with maeuntang.
