Gangchon Charcoal Grilled Dakgalbi

Gangchon Sutbul Dakgalbi is a charcoal-grill chicken galbi restaurant at the entrance of Huam Market in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. It serves herb, soy sauce, and spicy chicken galbi along with chicken neck meat, grilled over charcoal at the table. After 6 p.m., the seats fill with customers of all ages. The charcoal heat is strong enough that the seats stay warm even in midwinter.
