Ttungttanji in Seoul specializes in makchang and serves beef small intestine, chicken neck meat, galmaegisal, and other beef and pork cuts. Portions of several cuts, including pork skin and galmaegisal, are generous. A drinks fridge keeps the beer cold, and the restaurant also serves naengmyeon (cold noodles) with nurungji. When it is busy, there may be no seats available, and the tables are close together.
