Envelope and Roll

Porak & Roll is a restaurant in Seoul that serves American-style Vietnamese food, including pho, bun cha, and rice bowls. The pho comes with a rich, salty broth and cilantro, and Tiger draft beer is also available. At lunch the place is crowded and hard rock from the 70s and 80s plays loudly, which pushes people to eat quickly. Food tends to come out slowly.
