Egg and Flower is an Italian restaurant run by chef Kim Hee-eun, located a one-minute walk from Haebangchon Ogeori in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. It specializes in fresh pasta made in-house from eggs and flour, paired with sauces such as red shrimp ink capellini and truffle porcini. Reservations are available through CatchTable, and some seats have a view of Namsan Tower. Set menus bring all dishes out at once, so the food cools quickly.
