Donghae Ojingeo Bossam

Donghae Ojingeo Bossam is a restaurant in Seoul that serves squid bossam. Boiled squid and lightly blanched radish strips are mixed with a gochugaru seasoning, then eaten wrapped in lettuce or stirred into rice. The minari and bean sprouts are crisp, and side dishes can be refilled at a self-service station. The seasoning is fairly spicy.
