Dolpanjang

Dolpanjang is an eel restaurant in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, a three-minute walk from Samgakji Station. It grills sea eel on a hot stone plate, searing the outside and leaving the inside moist. Alongside salt-grilled eel and seasoned grilled eel, the menu includes eel sushi, eel soup, and noodles, served with Namdo-style side dishes. The restaurant is busy, so walking in without a reservation makes it hard to get a table.
