Dodam

Dodam is a Korean restaurant serving North Korean-style home cooking, located inside Ichon Market between Ichon Station and the National Museum of Korea. Its kalguksu and mandutguk use smooth, chewy noodles and a rich broth made from sagol. Meat dishes include galbitang, suyuk, and yukjeon, and the galbitang comes with a generous amount of galbi meat. The janchi guksu is also made with sagol broth, which gives it the smell of sagol.
