The Samgyeop is a meat restaurant in the market alleys of Dongbu Ichon-dong, near the National Museum of Korea, serving frozen samgyeopsal (pork belly) and stew. Thin slices of frozen samgyeopsal are grilled on foil and the rice is fried afterward. The frozen samgyeopsal has little odor and cooks up crisp, and kimchi stew, doenjang stew, and cheonggukjang come with it. The side dishes arrive cold, and their quantity and quality fall short.
