Daegu Makchang Kkeopdegi

Daegu Makchang Kkeopdegi is a gopchang restaurant under the railway tracks in Cheongpa-dong, Seoul, serving pork makchang. The makchang is boiled clean, grilled over high heat, and served with pickled perilla leaves, seasoned chives, and yeolmu mul-kimchi with chili doenjang. An elderly couple runs the restaurant, so orders are not turned around quickly. The small dining room has about five tables.
