Chungmu Kalguksu is an old restaurant in Huam-dong, Seoul, serving bossam and kalguksu. The bossam is sliced into two rows of samgyeopsal and lean meat, and the kalguksu comes with anchovy broth and oyster kimchi. One order of kalguksu is divided into two bowls, and when side dishes run out, the staff ask before refilling them. On weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., office workers wait for tables.
