Choigane Sutbul Gui

Choi Gane Sutbul Gui is a meat restaurant in Seoul that grills Iberico pork and seasoned galbi over charcoal. The Iberico platter is ordered together with kimchi stew, and the basic side dishes include steamed egg and dongchimi in winter. In the evening the restaurant fills up with customers, and food and side dishes come out quickly. Forks are provided for children, and the side dishes are on the sparse side.
