Cheongun Sutbul Galbi

Cheongun Sutbul Galbi is a Seoul restaurant where samgyeopsal and pork galbi are grilled over charcoal. Thick cuts of samgyeopsal are cooked on high heat and served with aged kimchi made in-house. The second-floor seating accommodates group gatherings, and on Friday evenings the room fills with office dinner parties. The restaurant also serves gulbi jeongsik.
