Cheongdo Minari Sikdang

Cheongdo Minari Sikdang is a Korean restaurant near Samgakji that serves minari shabu-shabu and duck jeongol. The minari shabu-shabu comes with 150g of beef, mushrooms, and extra vegetables, followed by kalguksu noodles and fried rice. The restaurant is on the basement level, and when there is a wait you write your name on a list. At 2 p.m. on a Saturday it was quiet, and as the broth cooks it produces foam that has to be skimmed off.
