Busong Guksu

Busong Guksu is an old noodle shop in Seoul that serves janchi guksu and bibim guksu. The janchi guksu comes with well-cooked noodles in a mild anchovy broth, and the portion is generous. Before ordering, asking for extra noodles gets you a gobpaegi at no added cost, and parking is not difficult. The bibim guksu has a lot of sauce, so the salty taste is strong.
