Busan Kalguksu

This restaurant near Yongsan Station, before Yongmun Market and close to the Wonhyo Electronics Market, serves kalguksu, sujebi, kaljebi and jeon. The kalguksu and sujebi come in a mild anchovy broth, with kimchi jeon and buchu jeon on the side, and dadaegi can be added to make the soup spicy. At lunchtime a wait forms, gonggi bap is served free, and the geotjeori kimchi is made fresh each day. The dadaegi is on the spicy side.
