Bukcheon

Bukcheon is a Western-style pork cutlet restaurant behind HYBE, about a 10-minute walk from Exit 2 of Sinyongsan Station in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. It serves brown donkatsu made with thick, tender meat and ross katsu with a garlic aroma, with a slightly spicy brown sauce and a separate ross sauce for dipping. The restaurant opens at 11 a.m., and on a weekday visit at 11:25 a.m. the wait was 18 minutes with food arriving 4 minutes later. Seating extends to the second floor, and prices are on the high side.
