Ay-Jing Noodle

Agyeong Myeonseon Ichon serves Taiwanese-style gopchang noodles and chadol noodles near Ichon Station in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. The gopchang noodles come with thin noodles and pork intestines, and you choose either cilantro or chives to add, with a tapioca pearl tea set also available. The shop sits in an old building and is small in size, and water is self-service. Even with a large cup, the portions of noodles and intestines are on the small side.
