Proof in the Coffee is a three-story cafe in Seoul serving fruit pancakes, kaymak, and coffee. Its signature items include pancakes with kaymak, lattes, and cappuccinos, and the large windows provide a wide view outside. The entrance is on the second floor, orders are placed on the first floor, and seating is on the third floor, with visits limited to one hour. Guests must carry their drinks and desserts up two floors to the seating area.
