Le Montblanc

Le Montblanc is a cafe in Sinheung Market in Haebangchon, Seoul, serving mousse cakes and desserts shaped like clothing. Its menu includes knit cakes such as coffee ganache and strawberry eclairs, along with teas blended with moscato. The building was a knitting factory until 2017 and became a dessert cafe in 2018, with indoor seating on the second floor, indoor and outdoor seating on the third floor, and a rooftop on the fourth floor. The staircase leading up to the third floor is quite steep.
