Le Da

Le Da is an upscale restaurant in Seoul that serves a Korean-French course with a Han River view. The course runs from three amuse-bouche to dessert, paired with seven wines matched to the food. At sunset you can watch the Han River and stay for the night view. By public transit it is an 18-minute walk from the subway station, so access is poor.
