Haebang Park is a three-floor cafe in Sinheung Market in Haebangchon, Seoul, selling coffee and homemade baked goods. It serves madeleines, croissants, Basque cheesecake, lattes, and mochas, and customers order on the first floor and carry their items to tables on each floor. Namsan Tower is visible from the rooftop, and those seats fill first on days with good weather. The stairs are narrow and steep, making it awkward to carry a tray up and down.
