NEGA is a cafe and natural wine bar near Yongsan in Seoul that sells coffee, cocktails, glass wine, and bottle wine. The cold brew is nutty with a chocolate taste, and music plays from LP records. On Sunday at 1 p.m. only about two tables were occupied, and it soon filled up. There is no elevator, so you have to climb stairs to the fifth floor.
