Happy Bule is a wine bar in Seoul where you choose a bottle of wine and order food to go with it. The signature dish is suljjim, and potato fries and cheesecake are also available. The first floor is a wine shop with no tables, and you must pick your wine there before entering the second-floor dining area. The second-floor seating is packed tightly into a small space, which makes it uncomfortable.
