Pateje is a cafe in Yeouido-dong, Seoul, that serves patbingsu made with red beans and milk ice. The red beans are kept whole and lightly sweetened, and they are served over soft milk ice. Around lunchtime the inside is nearly full with office workers, and on weekday nights the hall fills up, so people also eat at the outdoor tables. The portions of bingsu are on the small side.
