Seoul Dal is a tethered helium balloon ride inside Yeouido Park near Yeouido Station in Seoul. It rises vertically to 130 meters on helium buoyancy, looking down over the Han River and the Yeouido city center. A single flight takes about 15 minutes, and on weekend nights the reservation queue is long, so advance registration is required.
