Mireu Hoetjip

Miro Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant near the Yeosu city hall. The owner slices large fish by hand in the dining room, and the meal comes with seafood side dishes and jiri-tang (clear fish soup). Because the restaurant draws a large crowd, it is better to reserve a table before going. Drinks are taken from the icebox next to the table and paid for afterward, and the room is loud.
