Odongdo

Odongdo is an island in Yeosu with a wooden deck trail and an observation deck, where visitors see camellia flowers along with sea views. The camellias bloom from early March to around the third week of the month, and Yonggul Cave and the Odongdo Lighthouse are also reached along the trail. The island is connected to the mainland by a 768m breakwater, so visitors can walk in or ride the Camellia Train, which runs at intervals of about 30 minutes. The walking course is long, and a full loop leaves your legs sore.
