Jangdo

Jangdo is an art island in Yeosu's Ungcheon area, reached by a sea path that opens and closes with the tide. A walking trail around the island, a Dadohae garden, exhibition halls and cafes let visitors take in the sea and sculptures together. Admission is free, and visitors park at the public lot across from Ungcheon Jinsu Park and time their crossing to the tide, since the breakwater is submerged at high tide. Cafe seating arrangements and exhibits remain unfinished.
