Anothermines Roasting Lab is a cafe in Busan that roasts its own coffee and serves souffle and pancakes. The souffle melts in the mouth, the hot chocolate has a strong cacao flavor, and baked goods are served as well. Coffee and dessert can be ordered together, and the cafe opens only on weekdays. The seating inside is limited, so a wait is possible.
